REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY
I sincerely hope you will love your painting. I'm happy to provide more photos should you wish. Please note that artworks in 'in situ' photos on website are not to scale. If you'd like to see a photo of an artwork on your own wall please email a photo of your wall and dimensions and I will be happy to superimpose it for you. In the event that it isn't suitable in your space it may be returned or exchanged at customer's expense (delivery and return shipping). Please notify me within 24 hours of receipt of painting and ensure painting is returned within 7 days.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping it will be fully refunded. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days.
RE-STRETCHING ROLLED CANVAS
Any framer will be familiar with how to re-stretch a canvas. Finished dimensions are written on back of canvas for the framer. To assist you a pdf document can be downloaded here to take to the framer
MATERIALS
All large canvasses are custom made with hardwood stretcher bars, for example, Victorian Ash as the wood is resistant to changes in humidity, and unlikely to warp. All artworks on canvas come complete with D-rings and cord, ready to hang . If the artwork is framed it is mentioned on the product page. If you would like an artwork framed, please email me for options and prices, or select option in the shop.
Works on paper will be shipped mounted for protection - these can be fitted into standard frames or taken to a framer to be professionally framed to any size.
DELIVERY POLICY
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Free shipping Australia wide
Artworks will be carefully packaged and shipped as soon as possible with tracking information provided. Please allow approximately 5 -10 days for delivery within Australia. Remote rural areas may take a little longer.
Once the order and payment has been received an email will be sent to confirm your purchase. Confirmation on dispatch with tracking details will be sent once available
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders please email me for a quote for shipping and options, before placing an order. Large paintings will be shipped rolled in a tube ready to be re-stretched at a framer (any framer will do this). If you prefer a quote for crating and shipping I can provide this.
Customs and Import taxes
The purchaser is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
PRIVACY POLICY
Credit Card transactions are processed securely through eWay and no card information is saved or stored.
Information will be collected for shipping and order processing purposes and added to email subscription list.
No information collected from this website will be shared with any third parties outside what is necessary to process an order. Address details will be shared with couriers for delivery of artworks. Personal information will only be used for communications regarding a purchase. This may be to verify the delivery address, to advise when an artwork has been despatched, to update with tracking number and/or respond to an enquiry. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
